NARAL Pro-Choice America's work is divided among three organizations:
- NARAL Pro-Choice America, Inc., a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization
- NARAL Pro-Choice America Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in 1977
- NARAL Pro-Choice America PAC, a political action committee

NARAL Pro-Choice America's mission is to develop and sustain a constituency that uses the political process to guarantee every woman the right to make personal decisions regarding the full range of reproductive choices, including preventing unintended pregnancy, bearing healthy children, and choosing legal abortion.
NARAL Pro-Choice America Foundation's Mission Statement
NARAL Pro-Choice America Foundation's mission is to support and protect, as a fundamental right and value, a woman's freedom to make personal decisions regarding the full range of reproductive choices through education, training, organizing, legal action, and public policy.
NARAL Pro-Choice America PAC
NARAL Pro-Choice America PAC is the driving force behind the election of many pro-choice candidates. Our PAC mounts multi-faceted campaigns, including paid advertising and effective get-out-the-vote election-day efforts, to elect pro-choice candidates. Our financial contributions, as well as political advice and services, provide a critical edge to pro-choice candidates across the country.
