Low-Income Women's Access to Family Planning
Arizona provides increased access to reproductive health care services through a Section 1115 waiver. The waiver allows the state to cover family planning services for 24 months for women with incomes at or below 133% of the federal poverty level, who lose family planning coverage after 60 days postpartum and who are not otherwise eligible for state and federal health care programs.
The waiver will expire on Sept. 30, 2011.
