Insurance Prohibition for Abortion

The Colorado Attorney General has issued an opinion stating that group health insurance provided by the state for its employees must exclude coverage for abortion pursuant to the state constitutional prohibition on the use of state funds for abortion except when necessary to preserve the woman's life.  Colo.
