A woman may not obtain an abortion at any medical facility, hospital, or clinic owned, leased, or operated by the University of Kansas Hospital Authority unless the procedure is necessary to preserve the woman's life or prevent a "serious risk of substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function."
