  • Representative David Loebsack has served in the House of Representatives since 2006.
  • Representative Loebsack is fully pro-choice and received a 100% pro-choice rating from NARAL Pro-Choice America in 2007.
  • Representative Loebsack is a co-sponsor of both the Freedom of Choice Act and the Prevention First Act.  The Freedom of Choice Act, or FOCA, would protect the right to abortion in the event of an anti-choice Supreme Court by making Roe v. Wade law.
