  • Representative Nadler has served in the House of Representatives since 1992.
  • Representative Nadler is fully pro-choice and received a 100% pro-choice rating from NARAL Pro-Choice America in 2007.
  • Representative Nadler is one of the strongest pro-choice advocates in the House. He introduced the Freedom of Choice Act (H.R. 1964) in the House. The Freedom of Choice Act, or FOCA, would protect the right to abortion in the event of an anti-choice Supreme Court by making Roe v. Wade law.
  • Representative Nadler is a co-sponsor of the Prevention First Act.
