Public Facilities Restriction
No public funds may be used to provide facilities for abortion care, except in cases when the procedure is necessary to preserve the woman's life, the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest, or there is a fetal anomaly incompatible with live birth. Miss. Code Ann. § 41-41-91 (Enacted 2002).
