The funding stream is established through a apregnancy counselinga program, administered by the Department of Health Services. In FYa15, CPCs are eligible to receive $69,100 through this funding stream. Wis. Stat. Ann. § 253.08 (Enacted 2009); Wis. Stat. Ann. § 20.9275(2) (Enacted, 2008); A.B. 40, 2013 Gen. Assem. Reg. Sess. Wisconsin law refers women to crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs). In connection with the stateas biased-counseling and mandatory-delay law, when a woman tells a health-care provider she is considering abortion, the provider must give her a state-maintained list of facilities that will satisfy the lawas mandate. CPCs are included on the list without disclaimer of their biased nature and are not distinguished from legitimate health centers. Wis. Stat. Ann. § 253.10 (Enacted, 1985; Last Amended, 2013).
