• Abortion
  The Supreme Court guaranteed a woman's right to choose legal abortion in 1973 with its landmark Roe v. Wade decision. Ever since, the anti-choice movement has worked to dismantle and undermine Roe. Their ultimate goal is to outlaw legal abortion altogether.
  
  
• Birth Control
  Access to birth control is essential to preventing unintended pregnancy and thus  reducing the need for abortion. Unfortunately, the far right is attacking  women's access to birth control.
  
  
• Sex Education
  Sex education that includes information about abstinence and birth control can help prevent teen pregnancy and reduce the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. But anti-choice lawmakers want to waste tax dollars on failed "abstinence-only" programs that block teens' access to life-saving information.
  
  
• Women of Color
  All women may face problems accessing health care, but many women of color face even more obstacles than others. As a result, the reproductive-health needs of many women in diverse communities are not being met. We must ensure that all women are able to make personal decisions about their reproductive health.
