Medicaid Waiver In Effect

31 states and the federal government provide certain low-income women increased access to Medicaid-funded reproductive health care services through a waiver obtained from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: AL, AR, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY
