My commitment to reproductive rights comes from my firm belief that all people are equal and should be allowed to determine the course of their own lives. I believe that the right to do what you want with your own body is fundamental. Men take it for granted, but women can't. Women's biological motherhood is a blessing to many but as long as motherhood is not a free choice, it will be a source of inequality and oppression in the world.
