July 22, 2016
Today, NARAL Pro-Choice America PAC announced its endorsement of three progressive leaders running for Congress: state Sen. Ruben Kihuen (NV-04), Rep. Dina Titus, and software developer Jacky Rosen (NV-03). Their dedication to protecting women’s reproductive rights and standing up to those who would limit our access to abortion is the type of leadership that Nevada families deserve in Congress.
“I can’t stress enough how crucial it is that we elect pro-choice leaders like Ruben Kihuen, Dina Titus, and Jacky Rosen,” said Sasha Bruce, senior vice president for campaigns and strategy at NARAL Pro-Choice America. “At a time when women’s reproductive rights are under constant attack in Congress, we need leaders who will fight for the reproductive freedom of all Nevadans. NARAL is proud to stand with pro-choice voters across Nevada as we support Dina Titus, Ruben Kihuen, and Jacky Rosen in their campaigns for Congress.”
“Nevada families deserve leaders who unequivocally stand up and fight for our reproductive freedom in Congress,” said Caroline Mello Roberson, State Director of NARAL Pro-Choice Nevada. “That’s why we are proud to support Rep. Dina Titus in her re-election and Jacky Rosen and Ruben Kihuen in their campaigns for Congress. We are excited to expand our on-the-ground organizing effort to mobilize pro-choice Nevadans this November to vote for strong advocates for reproductive freedom in Congress.”
NARAL previously endorsed Catherine Cortez Masto in her campaign to become the first Latina ever elected to the U.S. Senate.
