New NARAL Ad Questions How Senator Collins Can Believe Kavanaugh’s Lies

 Today, NARAL Pro-Choice America announced a new hard-hitting digital ad campaign targeting Senator Collins and highlighting the fact that Kavanagh has already lied multiple times to Congress. The ad ends by asking, “Senator Collins, why would you believe him this time?”

Evidence shows that Brett Kavanaugh has lied to the Senate Judiciary Committee at every one of his three confirmations hearings since 2004. Revealed documents show Kavanaugh is a skilled, intentional liar who is only concerned with his own advancement, and the GOP will stop at nothing to ram him through the process. The ad comes right after an NBC/WSJ poll found more Americans oppose Kavanaugh’s confirmation than support it—the first time a Supreme Court nominee has been underwater in the history of the poll. The majority of Americans don’t want to see him on the Court, and Senator Collins can no longer ignore the will of Mainers and the American people.
