Challenger in Illinois’ 13th Congressional District Earns Endorsement from Nation’s Leading Pro-Choice Advocacy Group

NARAL Pro-Choice America today endorsed Betsy Dirksen Londrigan’s campaign to represent Illinois’ 13th Congressional District, a seat currently held by anti-choice Representative Rodney Davis.

Betsy Dirksen Londrigan was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois where she now lives with her family. As a leader for nonprofits in Central Illinois, she tirelessly advocated for local hospitals and expanding access to healthcare for Illinois families. In 2018, Dirksen Londrigan came within 1 percentage point of unseating anti-choice incumbent Representative Rodney Davis. She is running for Congress in this cycle to stand up for middle-class families and protect all Americans’ fundamental rights, including reproductive freedom.
