NARAL Pro-Choice America will give you real-world practical job skills that you can take with you as you enter the workforce. Summer 2020 internship program applications are now being accepted to be reviewed ongoing through March 13th. Interviews begin March 18th ongoing through April 10th.
Location: Washington, DC
This position is: Internship, Hourly rate of $15/hr and $50 monthly metro stipend provided
Internship Date: May 26th with an end date flexible on or after August 14th, 2020. All interns will be required to attend an orientation on May 26th, 2020.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program. We do not accept applications for internships or fellowship from individuals that have graduated more than 6 months before their start date;
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, full time preferred
- A minimum of a 12-week commitment
- Strong commitment to advancing reproductive freedom;
- Commitment to NARAL Pro-Choice America’s goal of building a political constituency to protect and promote the right of all women to exercise the full range of their reproductive choices, including abortion;
- A commitment to contributing to a workplace environment in which diversity is valued and supported
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- General computer proficiency.
