What anti-choice measures are in place in your state?

Each state’s legislature and governor can have a huge impact on reproductive freedom for people in that state. More than 900 anti-choice measures have been passed in the states in the last two decades. Only a few states stand out as beacons for protecting and expanding reproductive rights. Click the map to learn about the laws and policies that restrict or expand reproductive freedom in your state.

Active Ballot Initiatives

Anti-choice groups and politicians want to outlaw abortion. But when people vote directly on reproductive freedom, it’s clear they support reproductive freedom. For example, “Personhood” ballot measures have failed time and time again.

When anti-choice initiatives get on the ballot, we’ll be on the ground educating voters to make sure they don’t pass.
