Gorsuch Nomination, Supreme Court: Rules Change (4/6/17)

Vote to sustain the decision of the Chair that Supreme-Court nominees must pass a 60-vote threshold. This rules change lowered the threshold to a simple majority. Failed 48-52. A pro-choice vote (✓) was in support of the 60-vote threshold (4/6/17).
