Kavanaugh Nomination: Motion to End Debate (10/5/18)

Motion to invoke cloture (end debate) on the nomination of anti-choice nominee Brett Kavanaugh to the post of associate justice of the Supreme Court. A simple majority is required to invoke cloture on nominations. Cloture motion passed 51-49. A pro-choice voice (+) was against cloture (10/5/18).
